What does it cost?
A single-page website is $199 CAD and a multi-page website is $299 CAD, plus HST, including design, build, setup and launch. You can pay for either online. These fixed-price sites are typically live in two days to a week, with no monthly fee to keep them online.
Custom websites, software and AI projects are scoped and quoted individually. Our ongoing retainer is $5,000 CAD per month plus HST, with no minimum term. Quoted work comes with a written scope and price before it begins. Fixed-price websites you pay for online start as soon as you pay.
Do you work with projects of different sizes?
Yes. We build for individuals, new businesses, growing teams and established organizations. A one-page website and a healthcare operations portal call for different solutions, but both deserve careful work.
There’s no minimum project size. For larger projects, we’ll assess the scope and support needs together so you have the right team behind the work.
Where could AI help my business?
Good starting points include processing documents, organizing enquiries, drafting replies, summarizing calls, assembling paperwork and moving information between systems.
We begin with the task and the result you want. If a simpler tool or a process change would serve you better, that’s what we’ll recommend.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays yours. We build in your accounts, explain which providers handle your information, and turn off training on your data where the provider allows it. We plan for privacy and data-residency requirements from the start.

Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Canada and the United States on Eastern hours. For clients in Toronto and the GTA, meeting in person is also an option.
