1. About these terms

This website at builtbyai.ca is operated by Built by AI (Built by AI), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is

It's a marketing website describing services we offer. Apart from the fixed-price items that have an online checkout button (see “Paid orders” below), nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Custom software, AI work and anything described as quoted are only contracted through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on this site for the fixed-price items (the websites) are fixed for the scope described alongside them, in Canadian dollars and exclusive of HST. Custom software, AI work and anything described as quoted are priced individually. Where a written quote has been issued to you, that quote governs and supersedes anything published here. Published figures may change at any time, and a change does not affect a quote already issued, a contract already signed or an order you have already paid for. Virtual tours are priced when we arrange them with you; the price we confirm in writing applies, in Canadian dollars and exclusive of HST.

4. Paid orders

The fixed-price website packages can be ordered and paid for online. When you pay through a checkout button on this site, you are ordering the item described next to that button, for the scope described there. We accept your order by emailing you a confirmation or by starting work, and we will email you promptly if we cannot take it on.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Prices are in Canadian dollars and HST is added at checkout. Delivery times shown for these items are our targets, counted from when we have everything we need from you. For multi-page websites we agree the page list with you by email before work starts.

Virtual tours are arranged and invoiced directly. By ordering one you confirm that you are the listing agent, or have the listing agent's permission; that the seller has consented in writing to online advertising of the property; and that you have the right to use the listing's photos and information, including any existing tour you link, in the tour. A tour shows your name, brokerage and phone number so that buyers can contact you. We take a tour down when you ask, and when we learn the listing has sold, expired or been withdrawn.

If we decline an order or cannot deliver it, we refund you in full. If something else is not right with an order, email [email protected] and we will work it out with you. For an item bought through checkout, or a virtual tour we invoice you for, our total liability for that order is limited to the amount you paid for it, to the extent the law allows.

5. Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is free of errors or omissions. Timelines, capabilities, and technical descriptions are general statements about how we usually work, not commitments in respect of your particular project.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, and branding on this site belong to Built by AI unless otherwise noted. You may view, print, and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy the site's design or code to build a competing service, resell its content, or present it as your own.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site — technology platforms and products we work with — belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them is a statement of technical competence, not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
